AY Recruiting Solutions, the pioneer of recruitment and enrollment technology for higher education, has been named to Deloitte's prestigious Technology Fast 50 Program for Virginia, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in the state by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation’s leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2001–2005.

It was announced earlier this year that The Common Application selected AY Recruiting Solutions to manage the Common App Online (CAO) service beginning July 2007. The Common Application serves both students and undergraduate colleges and universities by providing an admission application that students may submit to any member institution. This past school year, approximately 175,000 students submitted nearly 700,000 applications through the CAO. Those numbers are expected to increase next year with the addition of 22 new colleges and universities to the 300-school membership.
