Universities to benefit from integration of i-Class™ and OnBase® software suites
Fairfax, Virginia - June 25, 2007 - AY Recruiting Solutions, leader in online admissions and recruitment services for colleges and universities, and Hyland Software, the creators of OnBase imaging solution, announced today that they will offer a planned technology integration that enables joint clients to seamlessly integrate admissions data for a truly paperless review process.
Introduced at AY’s User Conference in Washington DC, the new technology integration will make it even easier and more convenient for schools to move their data into the imaged format for review in the OnBase system. The integration approach will rely upon a new Web services platform that will run in the i-Class hosted model.
“This new Web service will move our college and university customers a step closer to an easy solution for online review,” said Len Metheny, CEO of AY Recruiting Solutions. “Many of our clients already use OnBase; this solution will greatly simplify the steps they need to go through to make the systems effectively work together.” The Web services platform has been designed to work with both the OnBase ASP service as well as the campus installed solutions.
